All guides must complete a rigorous training program before being allowed to conduct tours with guests and they undergo constant enrichment programs to ensure you receive the best tour possible.

YOUR SAFETY MATTERS TO US!
- ALL of our guides our CPR and 1st Aid Certified and we have emergency protocols in place just in case there is an accident or injury.
- ALL of our vehicles are equipped with radios and first aid kits and they maintain constant communication with our office. We also have a full-time mechanic on staff to ensure that our vehicles are always in tip-top shape and to deal with any mechanical problems that might arise.
- We maintain a $10M insurance policy to protect you and your guests
WE MAINTAIN ALL REQUIRED PERMITS AND LICENSES: Desert Adventures maintains strict adherence to all local, federal, and state regulations and laws and we are properly permitted and insured for all of the tours we operate. We are happy to provide you with a list of all of the permits we maintain (upon written request) with the Public Utilities Commission (PUC), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Joshua Tree National Park, and private land owners. Desert Adventures is also a member in good standing with the Palm Springs Desert Resorts Convention and Visitors Authority, Palm Springs Tourism, and the Palm Desert and Indio Chambers of Commerce and we maintain a current Business License with the City of Palm Desert, where our corporate headquarters are located.
